 2024 and 2023 Grant Awards

In 2024, CoC Funding Provided:

Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention Rounds 1, 2, and 3 through the Youth Set Aside was allocation for a total of $268,884.54 from both the LCCoC and LCBHS.​

 

  • Adventist Health Clear Lake was awarded $143,884.54 for Youth between the ages of 18 - 24 with dedicated shelter beds and permanent housing placements.

  • Lake County Office of Education was awarded $125,000.00 for Unaccompanied Youth ages 12 - 24 with housing stabilization while focusing on their education.

In 2024, CoC   Recommended to HCD and HUD:

Adventist Health Clear Lake was recommended to HUD to provide Coordinated Entry Services to assist households in finding safe and stable permanent housing for the CoC Competition Application CoC Bonus for a total of $38,244 and Lake Family Resource Center to provide Rapid Rehousing Services to households fleeing from Domestic Violence situations thorough the DV Bonus for a total of $4,222.

  • AHCL Performance Review

North Coast Opportunities was recommended to HCD to provide Rapid ReHousing Services to households experiencing or at risk of homelessness obtain and maintain permanent housing for through the Emergency Solutions Grant for a total of $280,486.

In 2023, CoC  Funding Provided:

Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention Round 3 was allocated for emergency sheltering for individuals experiencing homelessness

  • Sunrise Special Services Foundation was awarded a total of $563,200.00 for an interim Emergency Warming Shelter in Lakeport. 

Housing Homeless Incentive Program for emergency sheltering for individuals experiencing homelessness

 

  • Blue Horizons Was awarded $104,400.00 for an interim Emergency Warming Shelter in Lakeport. 

  • Redwood Community Services was awarded $2,417,489.64 for a permanent 24/7 Emergency Shelter in Lakeport.

In 2023, CoC   Recommended to HCD and HUD:

North Coast Opportunities was recommended to HCD for the Emergency Solutions Grant for $123,123.00 to provide Rapid ReHousing to families.

Lake Family Resource Center was recommended to HUD for the Domestic Violence Bonus Grant for $43,128.00 for Rapid ReHousing services for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking.

Elijah House Foundation was awarded as the Facial Agent for the Collaboration of Elijah House, Hope Center and AHCL Project Restoration for a total of $232,500 for Emergency Shelters, Rapid Rehousing and Prevention for unsheltered or at risk of homelessness during the COVID-19 pandemic.

2021 Emergency Solutions Grant Coronavirus 2

 

Adventist Health Clear Lake was awarded as the Facial Agent for the Collaboration of Elijah House, Hope Center and Project Restoration for a total of $343,000 for Emergency Shelters, Rapid Rehousing and Prevention for unsheltered or at risk of homelessness during the COVID-19 pandemic. 
 


 

In 2021 CoC Recommendations to HCD and HUD for:

Emergency Solutions Grant 

$123,969 total available for Rapid Rehousing to assist people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.​~ North Coast Opportunities was recommended for their New Diggs Rapid ReHousing Program$ 48,608 for Domestic Violence Bonus and $7,272 for CoC Planning Grant

 

2021 HUD Competition

Elijah House Foundation was awarded $450,000 for Emergency Shelters, Rapid Rehousing to assist people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
