2021 Continuum of Care competition
The Lake County Continuum of Care (LCCoC) is pleased to announce the availability of up to $50,000 through the Continuum of Care Competition Program for Domestic Violence. Funds are targeted to prevent, prepare for and respond to individuals and families in a domestic violence program who are experiencing homelessness or receiving homeless assistance, in Lake County. The parameters of the program are for Rapid Rehousing, Joint Transitional and Rapid Rehousing, and Supportive Service for families and individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in a domestic violence program while prioritizing the safety of the domestic violence survivors.

2021 Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention program round 2
The Lake County Continuum of Care (LCCoC) is pleased to announce the availability of $232,500.00 through the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program Round 2. The CoC intends to continue the maintenance of one or more emergency shelters/supportive housing projects with navigation centers roughly on each geographic end (northeast, southwest) of Lake County. Funds are targeted to prevent, prepare for, and respond to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or receiving homeless assistance in Lake County through emergency shelters, navigation centers and 8% set aside for youth. The parameters of the program are intentionally broad in the Request for Proposals (RFP) and are not exhaustive.
